How does SalaryNext work?

SalaryNext exists to help salaried employees get back on their feet if they suddenly lose their jobs. When you register, choose your options and make your one-time annual premium payment on SalaryNext. On job loss which includes sudden termination or voluntary resignation, SalaryNext will share your profile with elite recruiters who can reach out to you with multiple vacancies that they are working on. In case there is a delay in finding a job, then under the service guarantee payout, SalaryNext will pay you 25% to 75% of your monthly salary, for 1 to 12 months, as per the package selected by you.

Based on your salary level, you may have the option of choosing different % of job guarantee payout. Based on your choice, you will see 3 plans that you are eligible for and the price of each. You will receive SalaryNext registration confirmation and agreement in your email. If you lose your job at any time, email us at the email id provided (support@salarynext.com) and share the required documents as asked for, including identity proof, termination/ resignation email, salary details, etc. Your service will commence immediately while the documents are being verified. Note that you are eligible for the service that you have selected and purchased. If you select “Only Termination” then a valid termination letter is required. If you select “Resignation and Termination” then either a valid letter of Termination or a Resignation letter and its acceptance is required.

Job/Income Support Questions

What do I need to do if I lose my job?

If you lose your job, email us at support@salarynext.com. Our support team will get in touch with you within one working day and help you through the process.

Make your CV immediately and apply to job positions through your friends, network or through job portals. Once our support team speaks with you, email us your CV at the earliest. SalaryNext, with your permission, will share your CV with elite recruiters in the market who can then call you for multiple unadvertised vacancies that they are working on. Thus, you will maximise your chances of finding a new job quickly.

In your first year of subscription to SalaryNext, your Service Guarantee payout eligibility begins 3 months after the start date. That means your last working day on termination/ resignation should be at least 3 months after the start date of your agreement with SalaryNext. The job search service is however applicable from the start date itself. From your second year onwards, when you renew your services, payout is applicable from day 1 itself. Also note that the Payout is applicable only where salary is paid and received in India and in INR (Indian Rupees). You are eligible for Service Guarantee payout when you are a confirmed permanent employee with a company/ LLP/ proprietorship receiving salary slips and bank payment. And where on the last working day you have completed 6 months of unbroken service with your employer with no more than 90 days leave/ sabbatical in the last 6 months (45 days in last 3 months if your CTC is less than 6 lakhs per annum). Currently, you are not eligible if you are in a temp staffing model or a contract employee or your salary is paid outside India or in any other currency.

As part of our service guarantee, we will verify your termination/ resignation documents as applicable and then pay you the monthly amount you have signed up for, while you don't find a job. 30 days after you have confirmed your termination and completion of your last working day and notice period payout, the support team will ask you for a written confirmation that you haven't joined a job yet. On the 31st day, the payout will be transferred to your account and repeated monthly as per the package you have registered for.

You will email us your termination/ resignation letter as per your service package, and confirm your job loss. Along with that your salary slip and appointment/ increment letter to confirm your salary. And finally, your PAN Card and/or other permitted documents to confirm your identity. Additional information like contact details of last employer, tax deduction by employer may be required by the support team. In all cases, our goal is to complete verification within 3 weeks and an immediate submission of documents will make sure that the payout as applicable reaches you at the right time when you need it.

You will receive payout for as many months as per the plan that you have selected during registration. This is only as long as you haven't found a new job.

Payment and Refund Questions

How do I make the payment?

Click on the plan that you want to buy. Fill in the required details. Pay the amount with any of the payment methods available including EMI options.

Email us at support@salarynext.com. We will reach out to you within one working day, understand the issue and solve it. In case of wrong/ double payment, you will be refunded immediately.

Yes, you can use the EMI option at the payment stage and choose EMIs up to 24 months with all the banks. We also accept payments in all electronic modes. We do not accept the payments in any physical mode including cheque or cash.

Yes. You can choose to cancel or terminate your registration and discontinue your job loss/ income service at any time. If you do so within 3/6/9 months from the start date, - you will receive 75%/ 50%/ 25% of the service fees as a refund. GST and processing fee will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days.

Yes. SalaryNext also has the right to cancel or terminate your registration as long as you haven't lost your job till that date. If we cancel within 3/6/9/12 months of the start date, except for false/ fraudulent registrations, we will refund you 100%/75%/50%/25% of the service fee collected. GST and processing fee will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
