SalaryNext will also provide a monthly payout of up to 50% of the last drawn salary for a fixed period to the employees if they are still unemployed.

When you register, choose your options and make your one-time annual premium payment on SalaryNext. During lay-off or termination, SalaryNext will share your employees’ profile with elite recruiters who can reach out to them with multiple vacancies that they are working on. In case there is a delay in finding a job, then under the service guarantee payout, SalaryNext will pay your employees 25% to 75% of their monthly salary, for 1 to 12 months, as per the package selected by you.

All the employees will receive SalaryNext registration confirmation and agreement in their email. If they lose their job at any time, they will email us at the email id provided (support@salarynext.com) and share the required documents as requested, including identity proof, valid termination/ resignation acceptance, salary details, etc. Their service will commence immediately while the documents are being verified.

Job/Income Support Questions

What do our employees do if they lose their job?

If your employees lose their job, email us at support@salarynext.com. Our support team will get in touch with them within one working day and help them through the process.

Employees will apply to job openings through their friends, network or through job portals. At the same time, our support team will ask them to email us their updated CV at the earliest. SalaryNext, with their permission, will share their CV with elite recruiters in the market who can then call them for multiple unadvertised vacancies that they are working on. Thus, we will help your employees maximise their chances of finding a new job quickly.

Once an employee is registered with SalaryNext through you and completes 90 days post enrolment, the service guarantee payout is applicable. That means their last working day on termination should be at least 3 months after their enrolment with SalaryNext. The Payout is applicable for confirmed permanent employees in India receiving salary slips and bank payment in INR (Indian Rupees). To be eligible, the employee, on the last working day should have completed 6 months of unbroken service with your company with no more than 90 days leave/ sabbatical in the last 6 months (45 days in last 3 months if the CTC is less than INR 6 lakhs per annum). Currently, temp staffing employees or contract professionals or employees working outside India or receiving salary in any other currency are not eligible.

As part of the service guarantee, the termination documents will be verified and a monthly payout will be made while the employee hasn’t found a job. The employee will provide a written confirmation to that effect every 30 days, after they have completed their last working day and notice period payout. On the 31st day, the payout will be transferred to their bank account and repeated for a fixed number of months as per the cover purchased.

The employees will email us their termination letter as per the service package, and confirm their job loss. Along with that their salary slip and appointment/ increment letter to confirm their salary. And finally, their PAN Card and/or other permitted documents to confirm their identity. Additional information may be required by the support team. In all cases, our goal is to complete verification within 3 weeks and an immediate submission of documents will make sure that the payout as applicable reaches the employees at the right time when they are in need of it.

The employees will receive payout for as many months as per the plan that you have selected during registration. This is only as long as they haven't found a new job.
